Rhae la la offers free shipping on orders $150 and over to customers in the U.S., all U.S. Military Bases, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories 

ORDERS

It is very important to check the sizing and measurements on our item/s as they come from many different vendors and not all sizes are the same.

Kindly note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. After your order is placed, you will be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to U.S. and U.S. Territories 

  • P.O. Boxes
  • All U.S. Military Bases, APO/FPO
  • American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Our standard shipping can take anywhere from 2-10 business days on average in the U.S. and does not include weekends or holidays.

CARRIERS

We generally ship USPS, however other carriers may be used in certain situations. These may include UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

LIABILITIES

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, marked delivered items, or shipping times due to carrier delays, inclement weather, acts of nature, acts of war, hostilities, military actions, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, civil commotion, terrorism, stuck in customs, natural disasters, and/or wrong address entered at time of order.  If you have not received your package/s but your tracking information confirms delivery, check the address you gave us when you placed your order, look around the outside of your residence, or check with neighbors. Then please contact the carrier directly to investigate or file a claim with the tracking number you were given with your order.

We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL fails to deliver items on time.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is your responsibility as the buyer, to make sure you enter the correct shipping address. We will not be held responsible for packages lost or delivered to the incorrect address entered at the time of the order. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address, will be the buyer's responsibility.
