Returns
We truly hope you loved the items you got from us, but sometimes, things just don't work out. So here are a few things you need to know........
Rhae la la offers refunds for store credit only in the form of an E-Gift Card. U.S., U.S. Military Bases APO/FPO, and U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are eligible for returns.
PLEASE TRY ON YOUR CLOTHING AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE.
We have a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days from the date your tracking number is marked as delivered, to contact us for a return authorization number at returns@rhaelala.shop. This includes weekends. Once we receive your request, we will email you the return authorization number to return your item/s.
To start your return process, please read carefully.
Do not mail your items back without a return authorization number. There will be no way to track them. Our returns go to a different warehouse than where your items are shipped from. If there is not a prior authorization number given to you before you ship items back, we are not responsible for the loss of your products. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email if your return was approved or rejected. If approved, you will receive store credit only via Rhae la la E-Gift card within 2 business days. If rejected, you will have to pay for your items to be returned to you.
- ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, FREE OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, PET HAIR, STAINS, DEODORANT, MAKEUP, AND PERFUMES OR OTHER SCENTS.
- All items must be in original packaging with the receipt/packing slip for proof of purchase.
WE INSPECT ALL RETURNED ITEMS AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY A RETURN BASED ON THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM AT ANY TIME.
WE DO NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING. It is your responsibility to ship your items to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Should this happen, you will need to contact the courier you used to return your items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us at support@rhaelala.shop within 3 days of delivered receipt to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect, order number, and name with your email. If we are not notified within 3 days(including weekends) of your receipt of the item, it will no longer qualify for a defective return.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due the photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary due to dye lots and material may have natural variations. These situations do not qualify as defects.
EXCHANGES
We purchase items from many different vendors so inventory is always changing. Therefore, we cannot guarantee same sizes or colors will be in stock. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to request a return authorization for the item/s and refer to our 30 day return policy. (SEE RETURN POLICY ABOVE) Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
